4. Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah get Benched in the 4th Quarter

Joakim Noah is a God in Chicago, especially with Derrick Rose out. He’s the gap toothed face of the franchise and apparently the ladies are really hot and bothered anytime he does anything on the court.

If all it took to makes the ladies crazy was to be 6’11” with a gap tooth and long frizzy hair, I’d have done that ages ago.

But last season Noah was running into problems — problems that were not only hurting his production but problems that were getting him benched in the fourth quarter of games. Noah wouldn’t sit the whole quarter, but he’d start the fourth on the floor and then get promptly sent to the bench.

The same went for Carlos Boozer.

The question was all over Chicago: what’s wrong with Joakim Noah? Has he lost his chemistry with the team? Is he becoming a problem? Does Tom Thibodeau not like him?

Noah getting benched was some serious stuff when it was happening, but luckily the turmoil didn’t last long. Turns out it had nothing to do with chemistry, it was all about figuring out a late game rotation. But for a while there it was seemingly like a serious problem was on the horizon in Chicago.
