Many have posed questions about the Chicago Bulls all season long about whether they have enough manpower to play in the Fred Hoiberg era.

We’re entering the final stretch of the season, so it’s time to evaluate the squad. Here’s a report card of the 2015-16 Chicago Bulls.

Analysis:

While the Bulls secured a three-game winning streak earlier this week, their hopes of extending it were stunted. After dismal losses to the Atlanta Hawks and the Portland Trail Blazers this weekend, Bulls fans everywhere are seeing red. The squad that struggled to find an identity prior to the All-Star Break is lost in the shuffle again.

It’s clear that Hoiberg would like for the Bulls to play a more up-tempo game, but it’s not happening and they’re not consistent. When the Bulls are hot, they’re hot. But, when they’re cold, they’re cold.

What will it take to weather the storm? If you’re a die-hard Chicago Bulls fan like me, you’re anti-cold weather and you’re hoping they’ll pull through.

Do the Bulls have a chance to make it to the NBA Finals? I think not and here’s why.
