No. 4 Justin Holiday

Justin Holiday is an Indiana Pacer after engaging in free agency talks this summer with the team.

Holiday joins an organization that made the playoffs last season and is looking to build on past successes going into the 2019-2020 season.

Interestingly enough, the free agent signing unites Holiday with his younger brother, Aaron Holiday.

At age 30, Holiday has a lot to offer a team such as the Pacers. He can shoot three’s and makes a commitment to defense.

It is expected that Holiday will make for a solid contributor in the Pacers’ regular rotation.

The Pacers have shown a commitment to a style of play over the years that is unselfish at the offensive end and prides itself on defense at the other end.

Holiday signed a one-year, $4.8 million contract with the Pacers in the offseason. He will become an unrestricted free agent in the summer of 2020.

Holiday previously played for the Bulls, New York Knicks, Atlanta Hawks, Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies.

Holiday has posted career statistics of 8.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. Last season, he averaged 10.5 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.

Holiday is slated to make his debut with the Pacers in an Oct. 4 preseason matchup against the Sacramento Kings.
