No. 3 De’Aaron Fox

Point guard De’Aaron Fox took a major step forward in his sophomore campaign. Averaging 17.3 points and 7.3 assists a game, Fox was the biggest reason the Sacramento Kings improved last year by 12 games over the prior season.

Like Hield, the Kings hope to resign him before the season begins. If they don’t lock him up though before the summer of 2021, Fox will be one of the most coveted players in the league.

That basically means the Bulls rookie Coby White has two years to impress upon management that he is in fact their future point guard.

Most NBA observers agree Fox is on his way to stardom. He would be a perfect fit to pair with practically any starting unit in the league.

The Kings though are in a Western Conference packed with future hall of fame players. Fox may want to go out East where he could instantly make a team like the Bulls a top four candidate.

If the Bulls do not solve their point guard woes within the next two years, expect them to be all in on De’Aaron Fox. The Kings have two years to develop their young core of Fox, Hield and Marvin Bagley III. If they do not make the playoffs by 2021, expect Fox to be all in on coming to the Eastern Conference.
