Only one Bull made the list, and he was part of a collective effort: Marcus Fizer and the entire 2000 draft came in at #2.

I thought Fizer was going to be the real deal. He had the skill set and he had the body. The drive? Maybe not so much. He had plenty of crafty moves, both facing and back to the basket. He could take the ball off the dribble a bit. He had his shortcomings on defense and in rebounding the ball, but I figured him to be the guy who comes in, bangs a bit and gets some quick points for you

I remember former Bulls coach Bill Cartwright saying how Fizer showed up for camp out of shape. The next season he blew out his ACL. He landed with the Bucks for a spell and then it was off to the D-League. He’s also played in Puerto Rico and Europe.

But it’s good that he was the only Bull on the list. Hopefully Derrick Rose will be #1 on the best lottery picks of the deacde.
