The Chicago Bulls need to have a successful off-season; both for next season and beyond. These are the 5 steps they should take to make sure that it happens.

The Chicago Bulls need to have a successful off-season. Yes, the NBA Finals are over (shout out to Drake) but this is a year-round industry. Now, all 30 teams will take steps to capture the Larry O.B. next season. In that way, and that way alone, the Bulls are just like the Toronto Raptors and Golden State Warriors (hooray!).

But all is not lost, this team is not beyond repair. Exactly what it is that they will do next has been subject to speculation since before the regular season ended. Rumors of a trade that will bring in a new point guard have been all the rage. The NBA Draft, which is next week, could also produce the lead guard of the future.

They will need to be completely honest with themselves that almost no one on the roster is untouchable in the right deal. That is, as long as that deal moves the team forward and is not just another shift in philosophy.

Then there is the matter of the perception of the team in the eyes of the rest of the NBA. Players and coaches alike have not been shy about taking this organization to task over some of the moves they have made. With that, here is a five-step plan the Chicago Bulls need to follow that will ensure they get back in the playoffs.
