Waffle House is one of the greatest restaurants in the history of mankind, and Dwyane Wade bought a meal for his Bulls teammates. Here’s more on that and plenty of other goodies in this edition of Chicago Bulls Blurbs.

If you’ve never had a meal at a Waffle House restaurant, I’m going to need you to do two things: 1) Go to the nearest one immediately after you read these Chicago Bulls-related pieces and 2) Go there the next day too to make up for lost time of never eating pure goodness and grease.

Waffle House ranks along the likes of television, beer, video games and pizza as a whole for the greatest things ever created. Before Wednesday’s game against the Orlando Magic — which the Bulls lost because they don’t know how to score in the fourth quarter — Dwyane Wade was seen on Snapchat buying meals for Jerian Grant and Rajon Rondo at an Orlando Waffle House restaurant.

For this edition of Chicago Bulls Blurbs, we’ll dive deeper into Wade, Grant and Rondo’s trip to Waffle House, along with some other Bulls things.

Dwyane Wade rents out Waffle House for teammates, befriends Uber driver – ESPN.com

While in Florida, Wade not only bought meals at Waffle House, he made a local Uber driver’s entire life by being one of his passengers for a trip from the restaurant.

The driver was a long-time Miami Heat fan and had a picture of Alonzo Mourning on his cell phone as well. (It’s probably a wise idea to follow Wade on Snapchat. His adventures can be fun sometimes.)

The Bulls couldn’t even get their backup PG signing right last offseason – (@Tyler_Pleiss)

Our friends at SB Nation‘s Blog a Bull are the best, and Tyler hit the nail on the head when it comes to the Bulls addressing their point guard situation. Not only did he break down how the Bulls messed up their “plan” after departing with Derrick Rose this past summer, he explained who the Bulls could’ve had for much cheaper than Rajon Rondo, which … yeah, all of them would’ve been better ideas.

Bulls’ margin for error is slim heading into stretch run, playoffs – (@StephNoh)

While I’m recovering from Stephen changing his Twitter handle from the legendary @hungarianjordan to the more professional-looking @StephNoh at The Athletic Chicago, he wrote a solid piece on how the Bulls, although in the postseason as of now at two games under .500, are running out of chances to solidify their playoff spot. He looks at their percentage chances and who the Bulls will have to beat out to make the postseason.

Jimmy Butler’s Star Is Going To Keep Rising Regardless Of What Team He’s On – (@RKalland)

As someone who religiously watches college football in the fall, UPROXX’s Robby Kalland is a must-follow on Twitter for some of the best CFB tweets you’ll see on the net of inter. His photoshops is legendary and his features since joining UPROXX have been awesome. This feature on Jimmy Butler was a pretty good read. It was more than just basketball in this piece and I personally enjoyed it.

Chicago Bulls at Orlando Magic Takeaways: Bulls edge closer to elimination – (@xvanwilderx)

My partner-in-crime here at PAE took some things away from Wednesday’s loss to the Orlando Magic for the Bulls. One of the key points he focused on: there’s a good chance that Nikola Mirotic isn’t returning to Chicago next season. (Reminder: He’s a restricted free agent this summer.)
