NBA Improvement Rankings: Reviewing a Rather Confusing Offseason

With the NBA offseason hitting its annual “dead” period — the flurry of activity surrounding the opening of free agency having died down, summer league long over — it’s about time to start taking stock of where everybody in the NBA stands in terms of improvement.

Eric Saar, the editor of Sun-N-Gun, Fansided’s Phoenix Suns blog, put together a piece on how each team did in terms of improving. He, along with a number of us other editors — including myself — have put together a division-by-division compilation of how each team improved. You really should go check it out.

How do you think the Chicago Bulls did this offseason? Leave us — or Eric — a comment explaining what you would have done if you were in charge.
