After a devastating loss on Christmas day to the visiting Houston Rockets at the United Center, the Chicago Bulls got their act together and were preparing for their second meeting of the month against the rival Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis. However, according to the Indianapolis newspaper, the Journal Review, a blizzard is expected to hit the city, where four to nine inches of snow is anticipated. Because of this, the NBA has decided to postponed the game in the interest of public safety.
The news isn’t entirely bad, as the Bulls now get a much needed break on the night of back to back games. This gives the Bulls more time to recover as they lost their last two games and lost four of their last 10 games.
The game will be rescheduled for a different day. No date has been set.
