Bulls vs. Bucks: Preview, Game Time, TV and Live Stream: Where to Watch and Listen

Chicago Bulls (6-6) vs. Milwaukee Bucks (6-5)

It’s always strange to play a team back-to-back in the NBA, but that’s exactly what the Bulls and Bucks are doing Monday night when they meet in the United Center.

Chicago surprised everyone buy actually winning a game in the midst of a road slump that saw them win twice (once in Phoenix and again in Milwaukee). The up and down nature of this team reared it’s ugly head at the end of the road trip as while the Bucks were’t a terrible team, the Bulls were pretty much able to systematically dismantle them.

The biggest question mark this season is and will continue to be the second unit. We ranted about it this morning but the fact of the matter remains, someone other than Nate Robinson needs to be consistent. Nazr Mohammed is a shell of the rebounding machine he was in the preseason, Marco Belinelli has been cold from beyond the arc and do we need to even mention VladRad?

Tom Thibodeau is a master motivator and can do about everything humanly (and occasionally inhumanly) possible to squeeze every ounce of defensive effort out of his players. But this bench is a patchwork job of suspect defense and so-so offense. He’s not been given a lot to work with and seeing as how the Bulls are only .500 this year, Thibs deserves credit. A lesser coach would have the Bulls in the dumps right now, and the fact that they’re not is all on the leaders of this team, beginning with Thibodeau.

Who knows how long this up and down nature will last. It’s frustrating but hey, it could be a lot worse.
