Bulls vs. Wolves: Preview, Game Time, TV and Live Stream: Where to Watch and Listen

Chicago Bulls (1-1) at Minnesota Timberwolves (1-1)

Chicago got a taste of what the immediate future will be like last night when they lost 86083 to Cleveland. But this in’t a panic button moment, rather a reality check and there is no better way to strengthen your resolve then to win on the road the day after losing a close game. The bench is a mess, but we knew that would be the case. However there is production from this new squad, as Nazr Mohammed has almost 25 combined rebounds through his first two games as a Bull and Marco Belinelli has graduated to the status of “Mild Sauce” in his work replacing Kyle Korver. But the absence of Derrick Rose was felt last night when it was up to Jimmy Butler to attempt a game-tying three pointer. Last time the Bulls and Timberwolves met, Derrick Rose was going head-to-head with Ricky Rubio. Now neither of those two players will be on the court, but while the Bulls spent this offseason pinching pennies, the Wolves went out and made their team incredibly better. Tonight in Minneapolis, the Bulls will get to see what a team that isn’t afraid to spend a little money looks like, even if it’s not jam packed with super star acquisitions. From Chase Budinger, to AK-47 and even Brandon Roy in addition to mainstays like Kevin Love and Nikola Pekovic, the Bulls are heading into the Target Center the less talented team.
