Game Recap: Sioux Falls vs. Iowa Energy, Game 2

The Iowa Energy crushed the Sioux Falls Skyforce once again on Friday night 130-107. The Energy now improve to a 27-10 record. Once again the Energy were led to victory by Othyus Jeffers and Michael Haynes, who both had big nights again. Jeffers going for 21 points while Haynes went for 20 points.

Just like last night the Energy came out on a solid first quarter, with a score of 30-21 in the Energy’s favor. By halftime they had increased that lead to 10 points at 64-54.

The Skyforce made a comeback in the third quarter, cutting the lead to four points. But the Energy responded with a 10-2 run and never looked back. By the fourth quarter the Energy had a lead of 30 points.

The Energy shot 11-27 from threes and outrebounded the Skyforce 47 to 39. With that win the Energy now improve to 1.5 games over the Erie BayHawks in the Eastern Conference.
