The newest Hall of Famer, #33 Scottie Pippen, does an interview before his speech and enshrinement into the Hall of Fame.

17 seasons. 2 Gold medals. 6 NBA championships. 7 All-Star games. 208 playoff games. All-Defensive and All-NBA teams numerous times. 6th all-time in steals. One of the greatest all-around players in NBA history. There wasn’t a thing he didn’t do well. Congrats to Scottie Pippen, Hall of Famer.

He may be short, bald and about as easy on the eyes as Paul Giamatti in his Fred Claus fat suit, but nobody can deny that Jeff Van Gundy has a mind for basketball. A successful coach and adept commentator, Van Gundy has always been a logical-thinking, measured character, never one to blurt out bold predictions. Gowhere Hip Hop caught up with Derrick Rose at his 2nd annual basketball camp in Deerfield at the Joy of The Game facilities. Rose speaks about the kids at the camp, what he’s learned so far at the Team USA camp in Las Vegas, and what music he listens to during workouts and before games. Rose also talks about losing a game of Knock-Out at the camp!

Jeff Van Gundy is all hopped up on Miami Heat Kool-Aid. He has already predicted them to break 2 of the NBA’s greatest records. “They will break the single-season win record [of 72],” Jeff Van Gundy said. “And I think they have a legit shot at the Lakers’ 33-game [winning] streak [in 1971-72], as well. And only the Lakers have even a remote shot at beating them in a playoff series. They will never lose two games in a row this year. I wonder if he’s just trying to turn up the heat (pun intended) so it helps his brother [...]

Here’s what they had to say about DRose and his new look jumper: “…Unlike certain self-proclaimed “Kings,” DRose has been in the gym putting in work on it all off season long, and it’s looking like it is paying off. Christmas just got a little sweeter. The Bulls will be playing the Knicks at noon on Christmas Day. They’ll also get Kevin Durant and the Thunder on MLK Day. I’m pretty sure this is the greatest thing ever. LeBron took his talents to South Beach. And now he gets mocked by his own hometown. I love it. The world can’t wait for the first signs of disharmony from the Heat.
