Derrick Rose Leads Bulls to 4th Straight Win

You’ll rack your brain trying to figure out this year’s Bulls team. They start out a road trip with terrible losses to the Warriors and Clippers. You want to scream. So then they go out and get quality road wins against the Suns, Rockets, Spurs and Thunder. That’s 4 straight wins, all on the road against teams that are over .500.

Maybe it’s just best to sit back and watch Derrick Rose.

Rose went for 26 points last night, sinking 13 of 23 from the floor. The Bulls beat the Thunder 96-86 and get back to .500 on the season. To the notable…

  • Kirk Hinrich shot just 2-13. He added 8 boards and 6 assists, but Hinrich continues to shoot poorly.
  • Luol Deng was 3-4 from 3-point range. Deng is shooting 44% from behind the arc. He only has 43 attempts, but he has obviously improved there.
  • Tyrus Thomas turned over the ball 5 times and played just 18 minutes. Most of his minutes go to…
  • Taj Gibson. The rookie had another solid game with a game-high 15 rebounds, while adding 4 points and 2 blocks.

    GSW and Clippers losses were horrible.

    The W’s in particular just added 2 new D-league starters. They let Andris the Latvian, have a season high game.

    Obviously those back-to-back losses were a wake-up call.
